The Dominator (1944 - 1961)
Launched on March 31, 1944, the Dominator crashed off the coast of Palos Verdes in 1961. Originally named the American Liberty Ship, the Dominator was built during World War II at the Walsh-Keiser Co Shipyard in Providence, Rhode Island.
